Director of number crunching
(Accountant)
We’re looking for someone with finance or accounting experience who will appreciate being a part of our tight-knit team and the opportunity to grow with our business. This is a full-time position and will be primarily accomplished in person at our showroom. Occasional remote work is available after a short vesting/training period.
Purpose
To ensure…
a) our leadership team has reliable data to make decisions with, alongside your recommendations,
b) our client’s orders are timely and accurate,
c) and our designers can rely on you as a trusted partner.
Create and update dashboards to support decision-making
Manage our procurement process (& relations) with manufacturers
Categorize transactions in QuickBooks
Update & reconcile our client order log
Manage damage claims with vendors while keeping clients informed
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Set up accounts with new vendors
Analyze and improve processes throughout the business
Key Responsibilities
Extremely detailed, with a personalized method of staying organized and focused
Resourceful and enjoys journeying from ambiguity to clarity
Very comfortable with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and spreadsheet formulas

Experience or degree in finance or accounting
