We're looking for a Revit pro who will appreciate being a part of our tight-knit team that gets s*** done and then leaves work at work.

This position is full-time at our studio in Des Moines, Iowa. Remote work can be discussed. Details are outlined below.

To create documentation that:

a) becomes the preferred choice of builders,

b) contains perspectives and renderings that aid clients in making confident decisions about their home, and

c) is produced in an efficient manner with the use of advanced Revit features and plug-ins.

Producing technical construction documents for contractors and builders

Solving problems by taking precedent imagery and drafting feasible and creative design options

Educating yourself and the team about advanced uses of Revit and new approaches in the field of construction documentation

Ample experience with Revit

Degree in architecture, interior design, or engineering

Great attention to detail

Knows what questions to ask and where to look when solving a problem or learning something new

Personalized method of staying organized and focused

Self-motivated to proactively move a project forward, even amidst uncertainty

Can read a room and determine the right time to listen vs. lead

Proficient with Enscape
