My core instinct is always telling me to help others. Choosing a career in design has allowed me to hone in on my strengths and help others through a creative outlet. While seeing the finished product is oftentimes the most rewarding part of the design process, I find myself thinking about how we got there. I think about the many eyes that looked over the drawings and carefully procured the correct finishes that fit the client's needs. I ponder the many sketches and ideas that were discussed before finding the absolute best solution. I consider the hours of conversations that lead up to making the final decisions. Good design doesn't happen overnight and isn't accomplished by oneself alone. It takes a collective group of hardworking individuals with a passion to help others which I am honored to be a part of.
