Welcome to Forest Pointe, a captivating new build in West Des Moines. We collaborated closely with a wonderful family to bring their dream home to life. The neutral palette flows throughout the entire residence, complimented by gold accents. Every corner of Forest Pointe exudes comfort and elegance.
One of our favorite spaces is the dining room library, where the built-ins are brimming with books to create a cozy retreat within the home's heart. Beyond this inviting sanctuary, Forest Pointe offers something for everyone: a basketball gym for the kids to play and grow, a functional pocket office for work or study, and a moody bar for evening relaxation where memories are made.

“Our client’s fast moving family allowed us to design a lot of unique spaces that we do not get to design everyday!
Our favorite space to work on was our client’s fitness lounge. The moody space transports you to a men’s club where we had so much fun making the members their own personalized hall of fame with headshots on the wall!”
