Forest Pointe

The Forest Pointe residence, a new build in West Des Moines, was a close collaboration focused on bringing a family's dream home to life. Lead designer Jessi guided the design concept to seamlessly blend high comfort with sophisticated elegance. A serene neutral palette flows throughout the residence, accented by gold hardware and details, ensuring every space in Forest Pointe feels cohesive and welcoming.

One of the project’s most unique and beloved features is the dining room library. Here, custom built-ins create a cozy, book-filled retreat, transforming the traditional dining space into an inviting sanctuary at the home's heart.

The home incorporates specific zones for diverse activities: a dedicated basketball gym allows for active play, a functional pocket office provides a focused area for work or study, and a moody bar offers a sophisticated space for evening relaxation and entertaining.

Ultimately, Forest Pointe is a testament to purposeful design. It goes beyond simple aesthetics by integrating unique, custom elements with essential functionality, resulting in a residence where elegance and livability coexist, ensuring comfort and cherished memories are made in every space.
