Our Story
Jeid Studio began as a quiet idea over a glass of wine. The plan was simple take on a few small projects, maybe build something online. But word spread after we launched in 2020. One project led to another, and referrals kept coming. What we thought would stay small, quickly outgrew the original plan. In spring 2021, we opened the doors to our first showroom in downtown Des Moines. Since then, our growth-spurt has continued. With a team of designers, drafters, and support staff we are now taking on more than we ever imagined, delivering thoughtful, personal designs. Jeid Studio is built on intention, rooted in heart, while always looking for ways to improve. And we’re just getting started.

Our Philosophy
We design for you, not for us.
Our portfolio is not one house repeated. We want to know what you mean when you say warm, what an ordinary Tuesday looks like in your house, what you already own and love, and what you never want to live with again. The finished house should look like you live there.
We begin with the end in mind.
We want to know where the house is going before the expensive decisions get made. That means thinking about furniture while we are still reading the floor plan, settling the design intent before a builder prices it, and solving details on paper while they are still cheap to change.
We make the difficult easy.
Building a house comes with hundreds of decisions. Our job is not to pretend they do not exist. It is to put them in order, narrow the options, write down what was decided, and get the right part of it to the right person at the right time.
