Welcome to jeidstudio.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products or services from Jeid Studio LLC (“Jeid Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Return Policy  

At Jeid Studio, we offer a carefully curated selection of high-end furniture, art, and decor. Many of our pieces are custom-made or sourced exclusively, and we work with vendors who are known for handling each purchase with the highest level of care.

Furniture (Sofas, Chairs, Tables, etc.), Ceiling or Wall Lighting, Rugs & Art Custom Orders 

  • Final Sale: Due to their made-to-order nature, all furniture, ceiling or wall lighting, rugs, art and custom pieces are non-returnable. Once a custom order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Before purchasing, please refer to our Measuring Guide to ensure your new piece fits properly. Jeid Studio is not liable for any purchases that do not adequately fit through doorways, stairwells, or in a room.

Lamps, Accessories & Small Decor (Lamps, vases, baskets, tabletop decor, sculptures and decorative objects)

  • Eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition and with original packaging. 

  • Returns will not be accepted for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.

Final Sale

  • Clearance and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit jeidstudio.com and log in to your account.

  2. Go to Order History and select the item you'd like to return.

  3. Click Request Return and follow the prompts to submit your return request.

Once submitted, our team will review your request. If the item is eligible, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.

Eligible items may be returned to our showroom or shipped back to us in original packaging within the 14-day return window. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance for eligible returns. Jeid Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return transit.

All returns must be in their original condition and include original packaging.

Gift Receipts: For eligible items returned with a gift receipt, we offer store credit within the designated return window.

Cancellations: No cancellations will be accepted after an order has been submitted.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos within 48 hours of receipt. Our team will respond within two (2) business days to resolve the issue, which may include offering a repair or replacement.

Eligibility & Use 

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use this website. By using this site, you agree not to use our products or content for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Product Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. Colors, finishes, and materials may appear differently due to variations in screen settings or natural finishes.

Because many of our pieces are handmade or crafted from natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are expected and considered part of each item’s unique character.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, even after you’ve submitted your order.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, including free shipping, are only valid during the time of the promotion and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments after a purchase has been made. Once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of sale is the final price. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

Price Matching 

We do not offer price matching for online retailers. Our prices reflect the quality of our materials, craftsmanship, and personalized service.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are added at checkout. We accept most major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other secure payment providers.

All orders are subject to review and availability. In rare cases, we may limit quantities or cancel an order if necessary.

Jeid Studio Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer standard ground and White Glove Delivery options. Shipping method and costs are calculated based on weight, size, and location. Larger or custom items may incur additional freight fees. Jeid Studio will provide tracking information or delivery coordination updates when your item is en route. Items in your order may ship separately based on availability and fulfillment method. 

Shipping Limitations

We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. Additional fees or delivery delays may apply for remote areas. Orders to North Dakota and South Dakota are fulfilled by third-party carriers and may incur additional charges.

White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery is available for eligible furniture and oversized items. This premium service includes:

  • Scheduled delivery appointment with advance coordination

  • Unpacking and placement of your piece in the room of your choice

  • Walkup service included (up to 2 flights of stairs)

  • Up to 30 minutes of light assembly

  • Removal of all packaging materials

  • Adult signature is required upon delivery (18 years or older)

The cost of White Glove Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Please ensure that the delivery path is clear and the destination room is ready to receive the item. Delivery teams cannot move existing furniture or install items on walls or ceilings.

Once your order is ready to ship, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule your in-home appointment. We expect delivery to occur within 15 days of the first scheduling call to avoid storage fees.

White Glove Delivery is available within the contiguous U.S. Orders to North Dakota and South Dakota are fulfilled by third-party carriers and may incur additional charges.

We strongly encourage you to inspect your item at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage or concerns, please note them with the delivery team and contact us within 48 hours.

Force Majeure

Jeid Studio is not liable for shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events that disrupt transportation or supply chains.

Once your order leaves the manufacturer or warehouse, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer. Please inspect deliveries promptly and contact us to report damages within 48 hours of receipt.

Limited Warranty

Jeid Studio partners with select manufacturers who may offer limited warranties on their products. These warranties are determined solely by the manufacturer and information is available upon request. Jeid Studio does not offer any additional guarantees or warranties beyond what is provided by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must include original proof of purchase. Design Advisory Terms

Design Advisory packages are virtual design services intended to guide product selections. Deliverables and scope are outlined at the time of purchase. Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and photos to ensure the best design outcome.

Jeid Studio is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information or deviations made by the client post-delivery. 

If your project onboarding materials (such as the questionnaire, measurements or photos) haven’t been submitted yet, you may request a refund within 90 days of purchase. A small administrative fee (5% or $25 minimum) will be deducted. Once we’ve received your materials and started the design process, the service becomes non-refundable due to the custom nature of our work.

Intellectual Property

All content on jeidstudio.com including product photography, written descriptions, logos, and downloadable guides, is the exclusive property of Jeid Studio or its content providers. Use or reproduction without express written consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the item(s) in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.
