This custom-designed residence, perfectly encapsulates sophisticated New York apartment living. This new build was thoughtfully transformed over two years into a high-end townhouse, seamlessly blending modern design with the warmth and character of a classic brownstone. Downsizing from a larger home, the clients desired a space that was both chic and inviting. The result is a home defined by craftsmanship and custom details, showcasing a masterful balance of modern sophistication and timeless comfort.

The commitment to a high-end feel influenced every design choice, from the custom millwork to the tailored window treatments. As designer Cait explains, "Every aspect of this project was intentional." A highlight was realizing the client’s vision for a custom, illuminated stone vanity, a feature that required all trades to collaborate on innovative solutions.

The home achieves refined elegance and comfort through a careful layering of textures and materials. Rich wood floors contrast with crisp white walls that showcase the millwork.
