Shadow Creek

The vision for our Shadow Creek Residence was clear from the start: a cozy, functional home anchored by a calm, neutral palette. The clients' inspirational images, featuring soft blues and neutral tones, became the foundation for a design that is both beautiful and deeply comfortable. Every decision centered on creating a highly livable space with practical, yet elegant, finishes.

Lead designer Marah began the process with a defined plan, detailing colors and finishes for each room in collaboration with the clients. This clear initial vision made showroom visits efficient, ensuring every selection aligned perfectly with the game plan. The clients' highly communicative nature streamlined the process. To ensure the design translated seamlessly to the build, Marah made frequent site visits, allowing her to track progress and provide clear, on-the-spot suggestions.

The success of this project lies in the details and the accurate execution of the client's vision while staying within budget. This dedication to high-level design and functionality is affirmed by custom features like the stairwell wall, which brings intentional character to the transitional space, and the great room fireplace, which achieves luxurious depth through the subtle mix of cast and cultured stone materials.
