Yes. Your design plan will be based on the measurements and photos you provide. We’ll give you clear instructions so you feel confident capturing what we need.
No. Our Design Advisory services focus on furnishings and styling. They do not include CAD drawings, lighting plans, or coordination with contractors.
The entire Design Advisory process is built to be completed in as little as 4 weeks. Your initial design plan will be delivered within one week of your consultation call. If you need more time to complete steps like the questionnaire or scheduling, your timeline may adjust accordingly.
Every package includes one refinement round. After reviewing your design, you’ll have a chance to share feedback with your designer. If you'd like further adjustments, we offer additional revisions as an add-on.
We know that design is an investment—and timing matters. If your project materials (like the questionnaire, measurements or photos) haven’t been submitted yet, you may request a refund within 90 days of purchase. A small administrative fee (5% or $25 minimum) will be deducted.
Once we’ve received your materials and started the design process, the service becomes non-refundable due to the custom nature of our work.
