A plan can be approved and still be unfinished.
A plan set answers where the walls go. It cannot answer how you live, because nobody asked it to.
These are the questions we ask first when we review a floor plan, before anyone starts framing. Work through them with your own drawings in front of you. Where an answer comes back wrong, that is the conversation worth having while it is still a drawing.
