Send us what you have saved. We will tell you what it keeps saying.

Most boards are saying one thing over and over. It is just hard to hear when it is yours.

Send us a public Pinterest board, a public Houzz ideabook, a folder of screenshots, or all of it. A designer on our team will look through it. We will name the patterns underneath it: the wood tones, the colors, the shapes and materials you keep coming back to, and the style they add up to.

It is free. Your read comes by email within a week.

How to send what you have saved

Pinterest boards

Your board needs to be public. A secret board will not open for us, even with the link.

  1. Open the board on Pinterest.
  2. Tap Share, then copy the link. On a computer, you can copy the address from the top of the page.
  3. Paste it below. Have more than one board? Add a link for each.

Is your board secret? Turn off "Keep this board secret" in the board's settings for a few days, then send the link. Or send screenshots instead.

A screen recording

Lots saved? Record your screen while you scroll. It is the fastest way to send a big collection, from any app.

  1. Start a screen recording. On an iPhone, open Control Center and tap the record button. On Android, open Quick Settings and tap Screen record. Do not see it? You can add it in your phone's settings.
  2. Open your saves: a Pinterest board, Instagram Saved, Houzz, your photos.
  3. Scroll slowly, top to bottom. Pause for a second on anything you love.
  4. Stop the recording and add it below with the screenshots.

We pull the stills from it on your phone. The video itself is never sent.

Instagram saves

Saved posts on Instagram are private, so there is no link to send. A screen recording or screenshots work well.

  1. Go to your profile and open Saved from the menu.
  2. Open a collection, or All posts.
  3. Record your screen while you scroll, or take a screenshot, scroll, and take another.
  4. Add them below.
Houzz ideabooks

Your ideabook needs to be public. A private one will not open for us.

  1. Open the ideabook on Houzz.
  2. Copy its link and paste it below.

Want to keep it private? Send screenshots instead.

A folder or an album

Keep ideas in Google Drive, Dropbox or a shared photo album? Share it so anyone with the link can view it, then paste the link below.

Photos on your phone

Pictures from magazines, a friend's house, a hotel you loved, a store. Add them below with the screenshots. They count just as much.

Saved in a few places?

Send all of it. The more you have saved, the clearer the patterns are.

Boards and ideabooks need to be public, or we cannot open them. Up to five links. For Pinterest, we look at the 25 or so pins you saved most recently.
Screenshots Secret boards, Instagram saves, pictures on your phone. Or a screen recording of you scrolling: we pull the stills from it, and the video itself is never sent. Up to 60 pictures.
A good screenshot looks like this: zoomed out, with lots of pins on one screen. One like this tells us more than ten close-ups.
